Welcome to Samsara Insight! Teresa Levitch founded this meditation and life coaching practice. I have over 15 years of Tibetan Buddhist meditation practice, which has led to personal transformation, spiritual growth, and a desire to assist others navigate life with clarity and compassion. Teachings by the Dalai Lama and Mingyur Rinpoche and numerous Buddhist teachers. These teachings have taught me about mindfulness, self-awareness, and insight's healing and growth potential.

I worked in healthcare communication, activism, and writing before founding Samsara Insight. After working with Memorial Sloan Kettering, AstraZeneca, and the American Heart Association, I shared my experience on podcasts and other venues. I have always believed in the power of connection—through stories, coaching, or shared mindfulness. At Samsara Insight, I combine life coaching and meditation to offer a personalized, holistic approach.

I want to help you find balance, purpose, and fulfillment, whether you need stress relief, decision-making clarity, or self-understanding.

My sessions combine meditation with coaching to help you balance spirituality and daily life, with solutions.
